Prices and products

Can I send you tyres to be fitted to new rims?
It is quite possible, we offer tyre assemblies and even complete wheels on request. You can find our tyre/rim matching table here.

Can you take back rims that have been already assembled and used?

Yes, it is possible to take back used rims in order to add them to our stock of second-hand rims. We will take them back in exchange of an order from you.


Do you sell second-hand rims?

Yes, we have a stock of second-hand rims available here.


Is it possible to order complete rims or wheels individually?

It is possible to order individual wheels or rims. The free of charge on carriage is for 2 steel wheels or 4 aluminium wheels.


What types of tyres can be mounted on your rims?

We offer rims for tubeless / tubetype tyres and solid tyres. For standard truck rims, you will find our tyre/rim correspondence table here


Do the prices indicated correspond to an invoicing scale?

No, the prices are your purchase prices excluding VAT.

Technics

What is a protected valve?

Nowadays, the majority, the majority of PL rims, the valve is called « external ». Its position is under the rim edge to be protected from disc brakes. If your vehicle has brake calipers, the position of the valve will be different.


What is rim offset?

Offset is also called Offset / ET / Inset / HMA. It corresponds to the distance between the centre line of the rim and the hub bearing surface. The offset can be calculated from the inner side of the rim.


What is a centre-to-centre distance?

The centre distance of a rim corresponds to the distance between the centres of 2 diametrically opposed stud holes which are intended to receive the rim fixing nuts. The unit of measurement is in millimetres.


What is a central bore?

The centre bore of a rim corresponds to the hub passage in the centre of the rim. The unit of measurement is in millimetres.

Transport and delivery

Can I return my order if the rims are not suitable ?

This is perfectly possible if the rims are not mounted, modified or handled in an inappropriate way. Please inform us as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods. If it is a mistake from our part, the corrections will be made within the day (return of new rims, removal of old ones). If the technical characteristics are incorrect because of mistake(s) when placing the order, you can either return the carefully packed rims to us with the carrier of your choice or we can collect them directly from your agency at an additional charge. If the returned wheels are damaged, we will invoice you the according cost of reparation.


Can I come and pick up my order directly ?

Yes, it is possible. Our workshop is open for pick-ups from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 15:30.


Can I have my order delivered directly to my customer ?

Absolutely, you have to just specify this when you place your order. Your order will be prepared with neutral packaging (Your delivery note, neutral tape and no label).


What are the transport costs?

The free of charge of carriage is gave for 2 steel rims or 4 aluminium rims, otherwise the delivery fee is 35.00€ net HT for 1 rim.


Do you deliver all over EUROPE ?

It is quite possible, a study will be made at the time of your request to choose the transport and the partner most adapted to your request.

What is our delivery time ?

Our standard delivery time is 48/72h when rims are available immediately. We also offer a PREMIUM delivery time of 24/48 hours, depending on the destination, with an additional charge. In the case of an exceptional out-of-stock condition or a custom-made product, you will be informed about an approximate delivery time when you will place your order.
